Information we collect

Account information you provide when you sign up (your name and email), handled through our authentication provider. Job-alert subscriptions (your email and the search terms you want alerts for). Employer postings (company name, job details, and the contact email tied to your account). Payment information, which is collected and processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Usage data such as pages visited and approximate location, collected via privacy-friendly analytics.

How we use your information

To operate and provide the Service; to send the job-alert emails you subscribed to; to process featured-post payments; to display and manage your job postings; to keep the Service secure; and to improve how it works.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies: an essential cookie to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we share information

We share data only with the service providers that operate Workbeam: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Neon (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and Voyage AI (search embeddings). We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account or subscription is active, and as needed to meet legal obligations. You can delete your account or unsubscribe at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email hello@workbeamhq.com. You can unsubscribe from alerts instantly using the link in any alert email.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your data. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information.

International transfers

Workbeam relies on service providers that may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Children

Workbeam is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
