“Ghost jobs” — listings that are expired, evergreen, or never real — are the single biggest frustration in the job search. Workbeam fights them with something most boards can't: we sit on the source, not a copy of a copy.

How it works

1. 1. Straight from the source.We pull roles directly from companies' own career pages (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby…) on a rolling schedule — not reposted from another board.
2. 2. Confirmed, then re-confirmed. Every poll re-checks each role against the source. We record exactly when a job was first seen and last confirmed live.
3. 3. Expired the moment it closes. When a role drops off the source feed, we expire it — automatically, with a safety net for boards that go quiet.
4. 4. Evergreen roles flagged.Listings open for an unusually long time get a visible “long-running” flag — they're sometimes always-open pipelines, not a single opening.
5. 5. You can report.Spot a dead link we haven't caught yet? One tap on the job tells us to re-check and pull it.
